Located at 475 Market Street in Elmwood Park, the 68,000-square-feet plaza is conveniently located on Market Street near Interstate 80, Route 46, and the Garden State Parkway. The asset is a professionally managed office building comprised of four stories.
The tenant was represented by Nicole Nannola of CBRE and Steve Jennings, vice president of Leasing and Marketing at Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, represented ownership in the transaction. Legal counsel for Alfred Sanzari Enterprises was provided by Richard Kahn of Winne Banta Basralian & Kahn.
The building features ample on-site surface and covered parking and has approved zoning for both office and medical uses, making it an exceptionally suited location for companies across New Jersey.
