Paris Square, an active adult community of 46 brand new construction condominiums in three separate elevator buildings in Northvale, already has Phases I and II sold out. Earlier this week, the first first five listings of Phase III went live, with Coldwell Banker Global Luxury‘s Anne Van Dyke as the listing agent.
“I am honored to represent the beautiful and luxurious development of Paris Square,” Van Dyke said. “This is a wonderful opportunity featuring low-maintenance living with full amenities in a highly desired location. The units are priced in the low $400,000s to the mid-$600,000s, a price range you don’t normally see in this area of Bergen County for new construction.”
The HOA fees are kept low and the condos are energy efficient, Van Dyke added.
Located on the border of Rockleigh in the Northern Valley of Bergen County, Paris Square offers one-, two- and three-bedroom condo residences. All three buildings in Paris Square welcome residents with well-appointed lobbies and hallways. Residents can enjoy a fitness center, stadium theater, kitchen and bar area, and in-ground heated swimming pool. There is a clubhouse with fireplace, putting green, park with walking path, billiards and 27 holes of golf located just across the street at the Rockleigh Golf Course.
Paris Square was built with craftsmanship by Ray Reduce Development and enlisting the talents of architects Zampolin & Associates and interior design by Deborah F. Designs. Northvale Greens is owner and developer of Paris Square, and construction financing was provided by Procida Funding of Englewood.
