Paris Square, an active adult community of 46 brand new construction condominiums in three separate elevator buildings in Northvale, already has Phases I and II sold out. Earlier this week, the first first five listings of Phase III went live, with Coldwell Banker Global Luxury‘s Anne Van Dyke as the listing agent.
