Michael Flynn and Timothy Young have been appointed as managing directors at Peapack Private Wealth Management, the wealth management division of Peapack-Gladstone Bank, according to a Tuesday announcement.
With over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry and expertise in financial planning and investments, Flynn will serve high net worth clients out of the bank’s Princeton office by custom tailoring financial planning strategies and solutions to assist them in achieving their financial goals and objectives.
Prior to joining Peapack Private, Flynn served as financial planner at Prudential Advisors, where he developed and coordinated retirement and estate planning, investment and tax strategies.
Young will work out of the division’s Bedminster headquarters as part of the Trust/Fiduciary/Tax team servicing trust, estate and agency relationships, working with wealth advisers in developing new business, and providing his valuable experience to expanding the wealth division’s Delaware trust business.
Prior to his appointment at Peapack, Young held the position of vice president, senior trust officer, at Arden Trust Co., where spent the last 20 years administering personal trust accounts. Prior to that he held positions as trust officer, Wealth Management Division, MetLife Bank.; trust officer, Wealth Management Division/Preferred Access Group at Merrill Lynch Trust Co.; Princeton administrator-fund accountant, Merrill Lynch Pierce Fenner and Smith; and as senior trust administrator at Princeton Bank & Trust, a subsidiary of Chemical Bank.
