Levin Management arranges commitment at the 420,000-square-foot retail property

Fast-casual burger restaurant Five Guys is under new ownership at Blue Star Shopping Center and has solidified its commitment at the property with a new lease, according to an announcement from Levin Management Corp., the exclusive leasing and managing agent for the 420,000-square-foot property.

“Blue Star Shopping Center shoppers have appreciated the presence of Five Guys since it opened here in 2007,” said Moawad. “A leader in the fast-casual segment, this popular brand strengthens the property’s appeal for neighborhood dining, retail and services. We look forward to working together with Five Guys’ new ownership for many years to come.”
