Kushner adds 3 new retail concepts to Shops at Pier Village tenant roster

Fitness concept, contemporary fashion boutique and fine art photography studio ink space at Jersey Shore shopping destination

Three new leases with exciting retail concepts will be joining the robust tenant roster at the Shops at Pier Village in Long Branch, according to a Wednesday announcement from Kushner.

Phorm, a fitness concept from the owners of Gold’s Gym; aXd by Alba, a contemporary fashion boutique; and Baldy Art Gallery, a fine art photography studio, will further diversify Pier Village’s unique blend of premier shopping destinations, award-winning restaurants and one-of-a-kind entertainment options.

Occupying a 1,650-square-foot space, the owners of Gold’s Gym will introduce its boutique fitness experience with the opening of Phorm. A tenant of Pier Village for over 15 years, Gold’s Gym will augment its existing 16,000 square-foot presence to bring customers a wide range of unique fitness programming across both Pier Village locations.

Voted as one of 201 Magazine’s “Best Fashion Boutiques” and the “Best Store in Hoboken,” aXd by Alba is a women’s boutique carrying an assortment of clothing and accessories under $100. Its 1,730-square-foot lease at the property will mark its fifth storefront, with other locations in Ridgewood, Hoboken, Summit and Morristown. aXd by Alba will join current Pier Village clothing and apparel retailers including Molly and Zoey and Salt Nation Surf Shop.

Marking the first art gallery to open at Pier Village, the 1,700-square-foot Baldy Art Gallery will focus on presenting renowned and up-and-coming fine art photographers to the world. Each piece will be displayed using the latest techniques for grand format photography. The gallery will also feature special events and openings throughout the summer.

Located in one of the most desirable locations in New Jersey, Pier Village’s oceanfront live-play-stay experience redefines luxury on the Jersey Shore, with over 130,000 square feet of retail space leased to a variety of dynamic and eclectic restaurants and shops, 493 luxury rental apartments, 243 upscale condos and 91 hotel rooms.

Scheduled to open later this spring, Phorm, aXd by Alba and Baldy Art Gallery will join recently announced tenants Gavone’s, Sundae Donuts and Doggie Sweets.
