NAI Fennelly brings 27,362 sq. ft. Trenton industrial building to market

NAI Fennelly on Tuesday said two of its own, Jerry Fennelly and Matt Fennelly, have been selected to market a 27,362-square-foot industrial building at 480 Lalor St. in Trenton.

Formerly serving as the headquarters for Switlik Parachute Co., the property is currently available for both sale and lease.

The building boasts easy access to Routes 1, 29, 129 and 206 with nearby connectivity to Exit 7A on the New Jersey Turnpike and Interstates 195 and 295. The adaptable building also features 12-foot clear ceiling heights, one loading dock, a 10-foot by 12-foot chemical storage room and fenced parking for 30 cars. The building is ideally suited for warehouse, manufacturing and distribution purposes.

“Trenton has long played a pioneering role in the state’s historic manufacturing industry and, today, its accessibility is allowing it to once again be at the forefront of the state’s burgeoning distribution and last mile economy,” Jerry Fennelly said. “480 Lalor’s adaptability and location ensure it is well-suited to meet the needs of today’s industrial buyers or tenants, and we look forward to helping another business find its home in Trenton.”
