Mergers & acquisitions brokerage firm Benjamin Ross Group said Tuesday that it sold the New Hope Window Cleaning Services in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, to a private investor for an undisclosed amount.
Established in 1979, New Hope Window Cleaning Services specializes in high-end residential and commercial interior and exterior window cleaning. In addition, the owner started the Gutter Guard Kings as a complementary business in 2000.
Its primary service areas are Central Bucks and Montgomery counties, as well as Princeton.
“Benjamin Ross Group is top drawer,” Cheryl and Otto Alber, the sellers of New Hope Window Cleaning Services, said.
The Albers also said they were fortunate to be referred to Benjamin Ross Group from a lawyer in Doylestown.
BRG broker Michael Meyer facilitated the sale.
