Stark & Stark’s Jani named N.J. revitalization governor for American Association for Justice

The law firm of Stark & Stark announced that Shareholder Bhaveen Jani was named New Jersey revitalization governor for the American Association for Justice, the governing body that helps further a mission to promote justice and fairness for injured people and safeguard victims’ rights.

Jani will serve a two-year term in this position.

“I am honored to have been selected by my colleagues to serve in this vital role on a national level, where I can advocate for a fair legal system,” said Jani. “My perspective as a New Jersey trial lawyer will also be an asset to the AAJ as we work to protect practices, clients’ rights and the civil justice system.”

A resident of Flemington, Jani serves as the American Association for Justice Minority Caucus fundraising co-chair and on the Membership Outreach Committee as the chair on the Subcommittee for Minority Bar Organizations.

He is a trial attorney at Lawrenceville-based Stark & Stark’s Accident & Personal Injury Group and co-chairs its Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee. Jani is also the immediate past president of the South Asian Bar Association of New Jersey.
