JLL said Thursday that it arranged a 7,000-square-feet lease with Skin and Laser Center of NJ at the Office Center at Ramsey.
Located at 500 N. Franklin Turnpike, the 138,400-square-foot, Class A office building owned by Highstone Equities Group occupies an 8.6-acre site near Route 17, Interstate 287 and the Garden State Parkway. Features include a courtyard, a café and covered executive parking. The property is home to several medical service providers and business occupiers.
Skin and Laser Center of NJ, a medical group that specializes in medical and cosmetic dermatology, relocated from Mahwah to the location on the 3rd floor of the property.
Frank Recine, executive managing director, and Derek DeMartino, senior vice president, represented Highstone Equities Group in the 10-year lease. Darren Lizzack and Randy Horning from NAI James E. Hanson represented Skin and Laser Center of NJ.
