The upscale rental community on the border of Montclair is now 100% leased, according to a Thursday announcement from developer JMF Properties.
In just six short months, the collection of 110 modern rental residences with a full complement of lifestyle amenities leased up.

Clarus Glen Ridge is the second community to carry the Clarus brand name. JMF Properties is poised to introduce two more rental communities in the coming year. A third Clarus community, Clarus Berkeley Heights, is expected to launch leasing in 2023, near the Berkeley Heights train station and the shopping and dining of Springfield Avenue. Another premium community, the American, is expected to launch leasing in the fall of 2022 at 1000 American Road in Morris Plains, with direct access to the Morris Plains train station.
