EisnerAmper, the business consulting firm with a major presence in New Jersey, named
Judd Appel as the managing director and national leader in the Transaction Advisory Services Group, according to a Monday announcement.
Appel is based at the firm’s Miami office.
Appel’s prior experience includes 20 years of transaction services and investment banking with blue-chip companies, where he led the mergers & acquisitions and lending platforms connecting clients with institutional investors. He has diverse experience with both public and private clients across a variety of industries, including consumer products, manufacturing and distribution, automotive, aerospace, technology and private equity. He has also held a variety of roles, including chief financial officer and corporate development.
Appel’s role is to provide clients actionable, risk-mitigating information on both buy-side and sell-side transaction services. This includes helping private equity firms and portfolio companies with the complex areas of financial, tax, structuring, information technology, compliance and valuation due diligence.
