CHB Group signed a long-term office lease for 2,000 square feet of space within the Marrone Law Building in Cherry Hill, according to a Friday announcement from Vantage Commercial.
CHB Group is a full-service employee benefits agency specializing in employee benefits consulting for both small businesses and large corporations.
Located at 532 Route 70 W., the building is centrally located along heavily trafficked Route 70 and is easily accessible from Routes 38 and 130, the New Jersey Turnpike and Interstate 295.
Emily Stein, Vantage’s director of health care services, worked closely with both ownership of the building, and Nick Tafaro of CHB Group, to identify an office for CHB’s relocation.
