The oceanfront condominiums at the Jersey Shore beach town of Long Branch — the Lofts Pier Village — have officially sold out, according to a Wednesday announcement from the developer, Extell Development Co.
With the building complete and every residence spoken for, the Lofts Pier Village represents Extell’s continued commitment to deliver thoughtfully designed homes in desirable neighborhoods.
