Vantage Commercial on Thursday said it sold a 5,000-square-foot freestanding office in Haddon Heights.
Located at 400 White Horse Pike, the three-story building is situated within the historic central business district. The property is conveniently located among densely populated residential neighborhoods, as well as retail centers and restaurants and is easily accessible from Routes 295, 130 and 76.
Mike Gries, adviser at Vantage Commercial, represented the buyer, Jeff Jones of Cypress Financial Planning, with this transaction.
