Panasonic said a flexible approach to work and a holistic well-being approach have been central to the ways it has supported employees through changes and challenges brought on by the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
The company prides itself on offering a dynamic Total Rewards program that provides employees with alternatives and opportunities for whatever life may bring, including flexible work arrangements, parental care time, paid volunteer time-off, access to telehealth and teletherapy, and 24/7 live support to help navigate emotional, professional or even financial challenges.
“Great Place to Work Certification isn’t something that comes easily — it takes ongoing dedication to the employee experience,” said Sarah Lewis-Kulin, vice president of global recognition at Great Place to Work. “It’s the only official recognition determined by employees’ real-time reports of their company culture. Earning this designation means that Panasonic is one of the best companies to work for in the country.”
