Alfred Sanzari Enterprises inks 4,100 sq. ft. of renewals at Hackensack office building

Alfred Sanzari Enterprises on Wednesday said it signed multiple lease renewals in Hackensack.

The commercial real estate firm said the leases signed were located at 19/21/25 Main St. in Court Plaza, a 335,000-square-foot, Class A office space that has become the preferred home for professional services companies in Bergen County.

Located directly across from the Bergen County Administrative Complex and other governmental offices, renewals were inked with Springstead & Maurice LLC for 3,100 square feet and Federal National Funding LLC for 1,030 square feet.
