In its sixth annual ranking, LinkedIn named the best workplaces for employee career growth, with a big presence in the tech sector in California, and three from New Jersey among those ranked.
Amazon was named the No. 1 company on the list, which features just 50 leading companies across America that focus on creating an enriching environment for employees to build their career.
To put together this year’s rankings, LinkedIn looked at its data across seven pillars, each revealing an important element of career progression: ability to advance, skills growth, company stability, external opportunity, company affinity, gender diversity and spread of educational backgrounds.
The list’s Top 5 was rounded out by Alphabet, Wells Fargo, JPMorgan Chase and Walmart.
Three companies on the list are headquartered in New Jersey: Cognizant (No. 33), Johnson & Johnson (No. 36) and Realogy (No. 40).
This is the second time the Realogy, the largest full-service residential real estate services company in the U.S., was named one of LinkedIn’s Top Companies for setting a foundation for professional growth and demonstrating a continued commitment to attracting and retaining exceptional talent.
