Del Webb of Florham Park has been added to the New Jersey portfolio of FirstService Residential.
The 55-plus luxury community will consist of 425 single-family homes and townhomes at full buildout. The community will also include a 16,000-square-foot clubhouse, an indoor pool, fitness center, as well as craft and card rooms, and outdoor tennis and pickleball courts.
FirstService is a residential community management company that offers its services to more than 8,500 communities across the U.S.
