A 17,000-square-foot office/flex building located at 3443 Route 66 in Neptune has been sold for $3.2 million, according to an announcement from Sheldon Gross Realty.
The investment purchase was co-brokered by Sheldon Gross Executive Vice President Barbara Gross and KW Commercial sales representative Glenn Jaffe.
Located at a signalized intersection at the junction of Green Grove Road, the three-acre site allows for expansion and additional parking. The building is 90% leased by Marcum, one of the top accounting firms in the nation, as well by Kiddie Academy, a leading educational child-care program.
“This property is tremendously desirable; as soon as we listed it, we received a large number of inquiries,” Gross said. “The buyer realized immediately that it represented a terrific opportunity.”
