The 10-year lease at Woodbridge Corporate Plaza will add 13,500 square feet of new space to accommodate the company’s growth, providing additional research and development areas as well as room for new offices.
A Colliers team led by Executive Managing Director Charlie Hatfield represented the tenant in the transaction.
