NAI James E. Hanson on Monday said it negotiated the sale of a 2,429-square-foot building in Hackensack.
Located at 35 Essex St., the property is a well-maintained office building with ample on-site parking and convenient access to Routes 4 and 17, Interstate 80 and the New Jersey Turnpike. It is also located across from the Bergen County Courthouse and the Bergen County Administrative Complex.
NAI James E. Hanson’s Vice President Anthony Cassano represented both the seller, CDE LLC, and the buyer, Sky Holdings Group LLC, which was looking to expand its New York City-based legal practice.
The team at NAI James E. Hanson was brought on to market the property for sale in hopes of capitalizing on the demand for quality office space within the premium downtown Hackensack area. Due to its size and valuable location, the property immediately caught the eye of Sky Holdings Group LLC.
“Securing office space within an area that helps support a business’s success and growth is the most important aspect of any office search,” Cassano said. “When we can help play a role in securing such a unique match relating to both business function and location, it highlights our continued commitment to not only being a market expert, but a thoughtful member of the communities with which we interact.”
