Experienced restaurateur Florian Furxhiu acquired a property and liquor license for a modern Mediterranean concept, Santorini, in Wildwood, according to a Thursday announcement from Vantage Commercial, which assisted in the transaction.
Located on Rio Grande Avenue, Furxhiu opened Santorini in April 2021 and, after a successful first year, he was able to purchase the property and liquor license. The restaurant group has over 40 years of combined experience in the food industry with successful other concepts.
Corinne Giletto, director of client relations at Vantage Commercial, worked closely with the seller and buyer. Giletto structured a deal that was mutually advantageous, leading to a fast and smooth close.
Furxhiu was impressed by Giletto’s work ethic and stated that, “Corinne was always available to assist us, and she did an excellent job.”
In its second season, Santorini hopes to continue the momentum and provide the guest with a Class A dining experience.
