Before his current role at RFI, Lewin’s experience in manufacturing includes several plant manager positions with Hanover Foods, Stay Fresh Foods (HPP Processing) and Lidestri Food and Drink (Bai brand scaleup and sale to Dr Pepper). He has also owned his own retail markets, restaurants, catering facilities and cheese operations over the past 30 years, and continues to own and operate a food truck.
