2 companies take space at Paramus Corporate Center

Thermo Fisher Scientific and Behavioral Health Practice Services are taking office space at Paramus Corporate Center on Route 17 in Paramus, Cushman & Wakefield announced.

Thermo Fisher Scientific, a laboratory supply and biotechnical company, will occupy 9,302 square feet on the second floor for a sales office.

Behavioral Health Practice Services, a health care and social assistance practice, will occupy 4,104 square feet on the first floor.

The Paramus Corporate Center is a four-story, Class A office building totaling 119,846 square feet. The property recently underwent major renovations using all sustainable and energy-efficient materials, resulting in a rebuilt modern lobby, new common areas, flooring, roofing, lighting and bathrooms. Common amenities include a new café, kitchen and fitness center.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Jeffrey Prezant, who represented the landlord, Paramus Route 17 Holdings, in the transactions, said the building is better than ever.

“Ownership has thoughtfully invested millions of dollars to renovate the building to create a best-in-class post-pandemic environment for their tenants, resulting in a completely updated office asset that has everything today’s tenants want and need to be back in the office,” he said.

“The property has undergone an incredible transformation and features brand-new, modern amenities, including a café and fitness center, to create an atmosphere where tenants truly want to be. Our tenants are excited to be back in the office and we’re looking forward to welcoming even more new tenants to this refreshed building.”
