Mandelbaum Barrett helps secure land-use approvals, including YMCA and 34-acre warehouse in Wanaque

Mandelbaum Barrett P.C. has announced it helped secured preliminary and final site plan approvals for a new YMCA in Livingston and a 34-acre warehouse campus redevelopment project located in Wanaque.

Mandelbaum Barrett’s own Michael Lipari orchestrated the deal, as well as site plan approvals and redevelopment agreements for projects this April that are valued at more than $120 million in northern New Jersey.

Among Lipari’s most recent projects:

  • The Depo (Wanaque): Preliminary and final site plan approval on April 21 for a 34-acre warehouse campus, including a 272,000-square-foot warehouse/office space that is 40-foot clear with 82 loading docks, 144 car parking spaces, 37 trailer parking spaces.
  • Metropolitan YMCA of the Oranges (Livingston): Preliminary and final major site plan approval on April 3 for the Metropolitan YMCA of the Oranges for a new, state-of-the-art YMCA campus that will include a 54,000-square-foot facility, indoor/outdoor recreation facilities, a 24,700-square-foot early learning center/office building, pools, gym/fitness space and a 4,300-square-foot rooftop airnasium.
  • Frimpeks Inc. (West Caldwell): Final site plan approval on April 11 to permit the relocation of the U.S. office/warehouse headquarters of an international leader in manufacturing of self-adhesive label stocks, UV varnishes and inks.
  • Commercial office building (Fairfield): Preliminary and final site plan approval on March 8 for the construction and expansion of a 10,000-square-foot office building, additional parking lot and related infrastructure.
