Fast-growing Vaughn Baio adds 6 partners, 2 associates

Anthony Giletto and Anne Mulhern are part of a team of lawyers who have joined Vaughan Baio & Partners, the firm announced.

Both Giletto and Mulhern will work out of the Newark office of the Philadelphia-based firm. They are the latest hires for a firm that began two years ago.

Giletto, who joins as a partner, focuses his practice on the representation of employers, third-party administrators and insurers in New Jersey and Pennsylvania workers’ compensation defense matters. He represents clients in all aspects of litigation, before workers’ compensation judges and workers’ compensation appeal boards.

Mulhern, who joins as an associate, brings a dynamic combination of U.S. military, international development and consulting experience to her practice, where she represents and provides counsel to companies and public entities on a range of labor and employment issues. Over the last two years, she developed an expertise on COVID-19 protocols in the workplace, including regulations regarding vaccine mandates and ADA/Title VII reasonable accommodations.
