Toto joins Sax as partner in firm’s Private Client practice

James Toto, a CPA with more than three decades of experience specializing in tax planning and compliance to high net worth individuals and families, including estate and retirement planning, has joined Sax LLP as a partner in its Private Client practice, the firm announced Friday.

The appointment of Toto, who will work out of the firm’s Parsippany office, continues the expansion of Sax, which is ranked as one of the nation’s Top 100 accounting firms.

Sax officials said Toto will serve clients in a number of ways, including provide services related to equity-based compensation, after-tax cash flow analysis and tax analysis of complex investment strategies.

An active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Toto is a member and former president of the Middlesex/Sussex Chapter of NJCPA. He earned a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Syracuse University.
