Iselin-based World Insurance Associates LLC on Friday said Tim Robb joined the firm as its new general counsel. In this role, Robb will have oversight of all legal functions across the business, including corporate governance, risk management, mergers & acquisitions and litigation.

Robb has more than 20 years of legal experience in the insurance and financial services industry. Most recently he was the chief legal officer of Amynta Group. Prior to that, he was general counsel of NFP, a leading insurance broker and consultant.
