Hudson Atlantic Realty said last week that it recently closed on the sale of a 22-unit apartment property in Bloomfield for $3.65 million.
Located at 42 Park Ave., the one- and two-bedroom apartments are well maintained with a mix of hardwood flooring and tiled bathrooms. The building’s all-brick construction, storage units and on-site laundry add to its appeal.

“As Adam demonstrates, properties such as these are a scarcity now, as they are in very high demand due to their proximity to New York City,” Hudson Atlantic founder Jeffrey Otteau added.
Located within walking distance of two train stations, the proximity to Bloomfield’s walkable downtown adds even further to the asset’s appeal. Bloomfield also contains a large park system with some of the largest parks in the county. The property also sits within a 10-minute drive to Bloomfield College, Mountainside Medical Center and Clara Maass Medical Center.
