As a special promotion in honor of Pride Month, and to celebrate the LGBTQ+ community, the Hyatt Regency Morristown is offering up to 20% off room rates throughout the summer season, according to a Tuesday announcement.
Additionally, beginning Wednesday, the hotel will raise its rainbow Pride flag in honor of the community. Locals and guests can also enjoy a specialty cocktail throughout the month of June with a portion of proceeds donated to the Trevor Project, a national nonprofit organization focused on suicide prevention among lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer and questioning youth.
“We are thrilled to provide special promotions and offers for Pride Month,” Amando Hernandez, director of sales and events at Hyatt Regency Morristown and member of Hyatt’s NY/NJ HyPride chapter said. “Our hotel fosters a socially-accepting and welcoming environment for all guests, and we are proud to support the LGBTQ+ community here in the tri-state area. With the promotion and special offers, guests can support the LGBTQ+ community locally and nationally, and enjoy discounted nightly rates throughout the month paired with our newly-renovated accommodations in the heart of Morristown.”
To secure the 20% off stays of one night or more promotion, travelers must book their stay by the end of Pride month (June 30) for stays through Labor Day weekend (Sept. 5). To book, guests can visit HyattRegencyMorristown.com and enter special offer code “PRIDE” at checkout.
Hyatt Regency Morristown recently completed a multimillion-dollar renovation to its guestrooms, food and beverage offerings, and lobby and public spaces. It also just completed an event with national LGBTQ+ wedding resource RainbowWeddingNetwork.com, where it hosted dozens of gay-friendly wedding vendors showcasing their services and products. Through the partnership and the hotel’s support of the community, more than 300 local residents had the opportunity to take the next steps in planning their weddings.
