Wharton, one of the largest institutional owners of industrial real estate in southern New Jersey, purchased this property, along with two other buildings, from Davis Enterprises in July 2021. The asset offers premier in-fill industrial qualities and is less than a five-minute drive to the New Jersey Turnpike, Interstate 295 and Routes 70 and 73.
This is the third lease transaction WCRE has represented for Wharton at this location.
