NAI James E. Hanson on Monday said it negotiated a lease for 2,450 square feet of retail space at 101 Portland Ave. in Bergenfield.
NAI James E. Hanson’s Anthony Cassano, vice president, represented the landlord, 101 Portland Ave LLC, and the tenant, SportsCare Physical Therapy, in the transaction.
Located within an active strip in the heart of Bergenfield, 101 Portland Ave. is a 9,694-square-foot retail building. SportsCare Physical Therapy’s new space boasts 30-foot frontage, modern roof-mounted HVAC units, a large, renovated bathroom and 55 parking spaces.
SportsCare Physical Therapy, which has been providing high-quality physical therapy and sports medicine services since 1997, tapped NAI James E. Hanson to search for a new location with an open floor plan in order to expand its business, which already boasts over 25 locations and has multiple offices in New Jersey, New York and Florida. NAI James E. Hanson’s vast knowledge of the local market led directly to 101 Portland Ave., which immediately stood out to the tenant as a result of its location within a modern, high-visibility and well-located shopping center.
“SportsCare Physical Therapy has a long track record of success and knows exactly what they’re looking for in a property,” Cassano said. “Once we established their needs, we relied on our extensive knowledge of local markets to present a variety of options with the location, pricing and size to be an ideal fit. We’re proud to once again fulfill our clients’ needs and continue our history of providing the highest quality commercial real estate services.”
