Imperial Dade adds scale in Northeast, acquires Connecticut-based Russell Hall Co.

Jersey City-based Imperial Dade on Monday said it acquired Russell Hall Co. of Connecticut. The transaction represents the 51st acquisition for Imperial Dade under the leadership of Robert and Jason Tillis, chairman and CEO of Imperial Dade, respectively. Financial terms of the private transaction were not disclosed.

Founded in 1854, Russell Hall has built a strong reputation in the market for its commitment to offer quality products and unparalleled service to its customers. Owned and operated by Bill and Michele Rosa, the company continues its legacy and is known for its knowledgeable sales force, wide breadth of products, and high touch customer service.
