The Enclave at Dewy Meadows, a new community of luxury rental residences and loft-style apartments in Basking Ridge, has unquestionably made a strong impression with today’s renters. In May, the first building at the Garden Communities development — introduced just six months ago — reached the 100% leased milestone, according to a Thursday announcement.
Construction of the second building is progressing on schedule for a late 2022 delivery, with preleasing underway.
Located at 405 and 407 King George Road, the Enclave at Dewy Meadows represents the first new upscale, highly amenitized rental community to be introduced in Basking Ridge. In addition to its 198 apartments with beautifully appointed living spaces and a host of onsite lifestyle features, the Enclave at Dewy Meadows offers a “village concept” setting just moments from restaurants, shops and service retail at Dewy Meadow Village.
“We are thrilled that the Enclave at Dewy Meadows has been embraced by renters from within and outside the Somerset County region,” Garden Communities’ Joe Korn stated. “Its outstanding, commuter-friendly location and live/play lifestyle are attracting singles, couples and young families who want to be part of this dynamic new community.”
The Enclave at Dewy Meadows features one-, two- and three-bedroom layouts and loft-style rental residences. Residences range from 945 square feet for a one-bedroom, one-bath apartment to expansive loft-style layouts with two or three bedrooms, three baths and soaring 10-foot ceilings.
Apartments offer gourmet kitchens with custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and oversized islands with seating perfect for entertaining. Oversize windows bring in plenty of natural light, and many residences offer a private balcony. All have spacious custom closets, in-suite washers and dryers and self-contained heating and air conditioning units.
Inside the second building, residents will have access to the services of an on-site leasing office; a state-of-the-art fitness center; two distinct club rooms with kitchen areas, designed for entertaining; a card room; business center; and children’s playroom. The pet-friendly community also has a dog washing station. Outside, a swimming pool and playground complement expansive open green spaces, including a lush lawn area and a quarter-mile track for walking or jogging. Bike storage and electric vehicle charging stations support ecofriendly transportation.
The Enclave at Dewy Meadows’ coveted Somerset County address gives it a decisive market advantage, according to Korn. The community is proximate to New Jersey Transit train stations, major highways, top-rated public schools and health care facilities. Area residents enjoy abundant recreational opportunities with parks, golf courses, historic sites, arts and culture, as well as shopping, dining, entertainment and sports venues.
