Eastern Auto Parts Warehouse has renewed its lease on a 10,800-square-foot space in Freehold’s Fairfield Corporate Park, according to an announcement from Sheldon Gross Realty Assistant Vice President Matthew Leonelli and Executive Vice President Jonathan Glick, Fairfield Corporate Park’s exclusive listing agents.
Located at 920 Route 33, Fairfield Corporate Park is only six miles from the Garden State Parkway, a dozen miles from the New Jersey Turnpike and an approximately 10-minute drive from Route 195.
Occupying 19.7 acres, the property has nearly 165,000 square feet of industrial and office space and is perfectly suitable for Langhorne, Pennsylvania-based Eastern Auto Parts’ usage of the facility for inventory storage.
