A new rental community in Fairfield has reached the 70% leasing mark in just six weeks, according to developer BNE Real Estate Group.
The Kingsley, located at 2000 Murray Court, includes one- and two-bedroom residences featuring modern interiors, spacious layouts and sophisticated design details, complemented by an array of indoor and outdoor amenities.
Rental rates start at $2,500 a month, including special grand opening incentives of up to two months’ free rent. Immediate occupancy is available.
