SeriousShops.com is relocating its headquarters to a 20,721-square-foot warehouse and office space at 7055 Central Highway in Pennsauken, Vantage Commercial announced Friday.
The property is centrally located within the Airport Industrial Park and is in close proximity to the Ben Franklin and Walt Whitman bridges as well as Routes 70, 38 and 130.
Vantage Commercial Executive Director Ken Richardson and associate Vince Ceroli worked closely with SeriousShops.com co-President Adam Moore to identify the space and secure the lease.
“On short notice, and in a tight market, Vantage was instrumental in landing us a new headquarters for SeriousShops.com,” Moore said. “We are grateful for Vince Ceroli’s diligence and creativity, as well as the connections that Vantage brings to bear in South Jersey.”
