EisnerAmper to merge in Raich Ende Malter, add hundreds of employees

EisnerAmper, the business consulting firm with a major presence in New Jersey, on Monday announced that the staff and partners of New York City-based accounting and advisory firm Raich Ende Malter & Co. LLP will be joining it in a transaction anticipated to close in the summer.

REM dates back to 1972 and has 200 professionals and 45 partners and principals, with offices in New York City, Long Island, New Jersey, Florida and the Cayman Islands.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

REM provides forward-thinking audit, attest, tax, family office and business advisory services to organizations from multigenerational family-run enterprises to publicly traded companies to not-for-profits. The firm services real estate, financial services, manufacturing, professional services, technology, hospitality, franchising, media and other business sectors.
