Jeffery Realty announces 4 real estate deals in 3 counties

North Plainfield-based Jeffery Realty said it recently closed four different real estate transactions in three different counties.

The transactions included:

  • The sale of a 30,000-square-foot retail shopping center, Willingboro Town Center, 4376 Route 130, Willingboro. Built in 2006, the shopping center is the most prominent retail development between Delran and Burlington. The center was sold to a private investor. Shane Wierks represented both ends of the transaction.
  • The sale of Toyota Service Center, 1601 Livingston Ave., North Brunswick. The auto service and repair center was sold to an investor. Bill Farkas represented the seller and procured the buyer.
  • Six tenants signed leases at Morris Marketplace, 191 East Hanover Ave., Morris Township. Recently signed tenants Mattress Warehouse, Burlington Coat Factory, Restore Wellness, UBreakIFix, Panda Express and Taco Bell are leasing a total of 37,264 square feet of space at the shopping center. Steven Battista and William Lenaz represented Morris Marketplace.
  • Two retail tenants, Old Navy and Altice, leased a total of 18,000 square feet at the recently renovated Ledgewood Commons shopping center, 461 Route 10, Ledgewood. Bill Farkas, Mike Testa and Shane Wierks worked with Michel Friedman of Inline Realty and Jake Frantzman of Ripco on the transactions.
