Bhalani, part of the intellectual property group at CSG, is co-chair of the firm’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee. She is responsible for developing, planning and executing initiatives that support and enhance the firm’s commitment to building an inclusive and accessible workplace through six key metrics: demographics, leadership and talent pipeline, recruitment and retention, business innovation and strategy, marketing, and diversity and inclusion in the community. CSG was one of only 28 U.S.-based law firms to be honored by a national law review program.
