Holt, a key player on the firm’s work with state and local governments, also is co-chair of CSG’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee, leading important initiatives relating to recruiting professionals with diverse backgrounds, nurturing and retaining these talented team members once they arrive at the firm and enhancing DEI training and awareness at the firm and externally. Outside of the firm, he is a part of the leadership team of the NJBIA’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Council and serves on the board and chairs the Diversity Committee of the New Jersey Institute of Local Government Attorneys.
