Mody and his committee have instituted several measures to provide an open and welcoming workplace where all individuals can provide input on diversity and other matters of importance to them. This includes firm-wide surveys, training, mentorships, and additional support and resources for diverse and underrepresented attorneys. Neil also chairs Connell Foley’s hiring committee, through which he has successfully blended the firm’s recruiting and diversity activities, and further advanced the firm’s overall DEI efforts.
