NAI James E. Hanson negotiated a lease for 57,076 square feet of industrial space at 450 Murray Hill Parkway in East Rutherford.
NAI Hanson’s Scott Perkins, Chris Todd and William Ericksen represented the tenant, Temco Logistics. The landlord, Safer Development & Management, was represented by its senior vice president, marketing & leasing, Monte Radfar, and Eric Lewin of Team Resources.

Temco Logistics’ new space boasts 24-foot clear ceiling heights, five tailboards, two drive-ins and 4,700 square feet of office space.
