Midland Park-based Azarian Realty Co. said Thursday it helped secure two different leases at two different properties. Hummus Republic leased 2,250 square feet of space at the Shoppes at North Brunswick and HOTWORX Infrared Fitness Studio committed to 2,064 square feet of space at the Livingston Town Center.
Kevin Pelio represented Hummus Republic and James Azarian represented the Shoppes at North Brunswick. Pelio also represented Livingston Town Center and Gramm Kauffman of Morrow Hill represented HOTWORX in its transaction.
The Shoppes at North Brunswick is a 150,000-square-foot lifestyle center located on Route 1 & 130 in North Brunswick and home to over 35 national brands including fast casual and sit-down restaurants, retailers, fitness centers and 2nd floor offices. The open-air mall has a total of 1,000 parking spaces. The Shoppes at North Brunswick is minutes from Rutgers University’s New Brunswick campus.
Leasing activity at Livingston Town Center remains high, with two other tenants set to open in the upcoming months. Bleu Mirage Aesthetics has taken 1,886 square feet and Mango Mango Dessert will be occupying a 1,323 square feet of restaurant space.
Livingston Town Center is a two-story, 65,000-square-foot open-air lifestyle center with 114 integrated luxury townhomes and an array of restaurants, services and retail stores in one of the wealthiest townships in New Jersey.
