Woodbridge Mayor John McCormac, other public officials and DMR Architects Director of Design and Partner Kurt Vierheilig joined developers Irwin Nudelman and Charles Avery to celebrate the construction of Building 4 of the Grande at Metropark, the final building of the four-building community, which will bring an additional 124 units to the area, on Wednesday.
Hasbrouck Heights-based DMR Architects designed the 356-unit community to feature lifestyle amenities including an interior rooftop courtyard with outdoor movie theater, outdoor areas for grilling, a patio and pergola area for lounging, pet parks, park-like landscaping and an electric car charging station.
The development features a two-story clubhouse that opens onto a fully appointed roof deck. Other amenities offered include a private fitness center, music room, game area, children’s playroom and coffee lounge, as well as pet washing stations and bike rooms.
There are also conference and meeting rooms for working from home and 12,000 square feet of on-site retail space.
