Vantage Commercial on Tuesday announced it helped secure a retail lease for Singas Famous Pizza in Plaza 73 in Marlton — the third restaurant in the center — rendering the plaza fully leased.
Located at 140-150 Route 73 N., Plaza 73 is centrally located with excellent visibility and signage and is in close proximity to Interstate 295, Route 70 and the New Jersey Turnpike.
Singas Famous Pizza joins a diverse roster of co-tenants, including a Marines Career Center, Sushi Kingdom, Scrub Pro Uniforms and Chef Zhang Chinese Restaurant.
Monica Walsh, Vantage’s director of client services, worked closely with ownership and the tenant to facilitate a smooth transaction and long-term lease.
In 1967, Bill Singas opened the first Singas Famous Pizza restaurant in Elmhurst, New York. Since that time, and in the 40 years that has followed, Singas has adhered to three core guiding principles that have made Singas Famous Pizza the success that it is today: quality and consistency, cleanliness and customer service.
Walsh and Vantage Commercial began work on this project in December 2021. Despite coming through a global pandemic, establishing a strong new tenant in the center is a credit to both the strength of the location and the ability of ownership to adapt in a changing climate.
