NAI James E. Hanson on Tuesday said it negotiated a lease for a 4,000-square-foot office suite located at 1 Pike Drive in Wayne to Precision Therapy, a speech and occupational therapy business.
NAI Hanson’s Joshua Levering represented the landlord, Metropolitan YMCA of the Oranges, in the transaction with the tenant, Precision Therapy.
The 4,000-square-foot office suite is located within the Wayne YMCA and features a private entrance and ample parking. Situated just off the Hamburg Turnpike with easy access to Interstate 80 and Routes 23 and 46, the Wayne YMCA spans over 100,000 square feet and includes a pool, gym and workout equipment paired with a wide range of programming for children and adults.
Previously headquartered at a different facility in Wayne, Precision Therapy provides speech and occupational therapy services for children and adults across northern New Jersey. Its relocation to the Wayne YMCA will enable the organization to continue to serve current and new patients from a centrally located and modern space.
