Rock Pointe, a brand-new luxury rental community in Rockaway Township, has reached the 50% leased milestone, according to a Wednesday announcement from developers KRE Group and Russo Development.
Located at 1 Rock Pointe Place, Rock Pointe is the newest addition to KRE Group’s “Garden Collection” of luxury apartments. It offers a convenient location near shopping and dining and is just two miles from the entrance to Route 80. Commuters are well-connected, as Interstate 287 and Routes 15 and 46 are all nearby. New Jersey Transit’s Denville train station, offering service to Manhattan, is about a five-mile drive away. Bus service is available through NJ Transit and Lakeland Bus Lines.
The Morris County luxury community is quickly becoming home to young professionals, recent home sellers and other renters who are moving to the area. KRE Group and Russo Development said the thoughtfully designed residences are complemented by a 10,000 square-foot clubhouse in a relaxed, suburban atmosphere.

All residents have access to package lockers, individual mailboxes in each building, parking garages for each building and onsite EV car charging stations.
