Larken Associates closes nearly 9,000 sq. ft. in leasing activity at Hillsborough Business Center

Larken Associates on Wednesday announced it helped secure several new leases recently at Hillsborough Business Center located on Stryker Lane in Hillsborough.

New leases were signed with Agashe Foods LLC, for 1,500 square feet; Bodhi Organics LLC, for 1,500 square feet; A to Z Supply & Vacuum Repair, for 1,135 square feet; and All Jersey Plumbing and Sewer, for 288 square feet; as well as a lease expansion with Kasentex, for 4,460 square feet.

Rob Marek, executive vice president of Raider Realty, the in-house brokerage division of Larken Associates, represented Larken Associates in the transactions.

Situated across 100 acres, Hillsborough Business Center is a 550,000-square-foot, 27-building industrial/flex complex. The property features a prime location one block east of Route 206 in Somerset County and is easily accessible from Routes 1, 22 and 206 as well as Interstates 78 and 287. The property is ideal for a range of tenant uses including research & development, lab, warehousing, distribution, light manufacturing and product assembly as well as fitness, recreation and day care.

With units ranging from 288 square feet up to 40,000 square feet, Hillsborough Business Center can accommodate tenants of all sizes and each suite features separate entrances, 18-20-foot clear ceilings, a full wet system throughout with central station monitoring, plus a tailboard and/or drive-in doors. Additionally, the property offers ample parking as well as a fitness center and self-storage facility on site.

“Our leasing success at Hillsborough Business Center continues to showcase how our spaces help local businesses craft their own success stories,” Marek stated. “Through providing spaces that directly match our tenants’ dynamic needs, each of our properties stands out in their respective markets and we’re delighted to watch our tenants, both existing and new, continue to find success at our properties.”
