NAI James E. Hanson negotiates lease to bring podiatry practice to Lodi

NAI James E. Hanson on Monday said it helped facilitate a lease for 1,608 square feet of medical space to a podiatry practice in Lodi.

NAI James E. Hanson’s Team Lizzack-Horning, comprised of Darren Lizzack and Randy Horning, represented the landlord, Sapna Investments, in the transaction with the tenant, Dr. Kenya Lazovik LLC.

Previously occupied by Holy Name Hospital, the 1,608-square-foot space located at 4 Hunter St. is part of a two-story, 14,500-square-foot medical office building with ample parking and an on-site bank. Ideally situated near downtown Lodi’s shopping centers, the property features a fantastic window line, proximity to Routes 21 and 46 and Interstate 80, as well as easy access to over 600,000 residents within a five-mile radius.

Team Lizzack-Horning was selected to find a prospective healthcare tenant searching for a turn-key medical office. As part of her expansion plans, Lazovik took interest in the space for her podiatry practice due to its location among a large prospective patient base.

“Northern New Jersey’s population density makes it vital for relocating health care tenants to balance the need to find new patients with ensuring convenience for their existing patient bases,” Lizzack stated. “Through highlighting its superior location and ease of access, we were happy to be able to secure a quality tenant for our client’s space and are proud to play a role in providing the community of Lodi with a valuable medical service.”
